Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ScalpArena platform ("Platform"), including our website at scalparena.com, mobile applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

(a) Platform Description

ScalpArena is a peer-to-peer (PvP) cryptocurrency prediction trading platform. Users compete against each other by predicting the short-term price direction (UP or DOWN) of supported cryptocurrency assets, including BTC and ETH. The Platform facilitates structured prediction trading matches where participants stake USDT on their market analysis, with outcomes determined by real-time cryptocurrency price movements.

(b) Skill-Based Competition

Prediction trading on ScalpArena requires participants to apply market analysis, interpret technical indicators, recognize chart patterns, and evaluate market sentiment to inform their directional predictions. Participants select their preferred asset, timeframe, and stake tier based on their own assessment of current market conditions. Success on ScalpArena correlates with market knowledge, pattern recognition, and analytical skill — not random chance.

(c) Peer-to-Peer Structure

ScalpArena is not a counterparty to any match. The Platform operates as a neutral exchange that matches participants holding opposing market views. Users compete exclusively against other users, and ScalpArena generates revenue solely through a service fee ("rake") charged for matchmaking, infrastructure, and settlement services. ScalpArena has no financial interest in any particular match outcome and does not profit from participant losses.

(d) Cryptographic Fairness

The Platform uses a commit-reveal mechanism to ensure prediction integrity. Players submit encrypted predictions during the preparation phase, which are revealed only after the decision window closes. This cryptographic approach prevents any party, including ScalpArena, from viewing or altering predictions before they are locked in. All match outcomes are determined by verifiable, real-time market price data from independent sources.

(e) Classification Disclaimer

ScalpArena is a skill-based prediction trading platform. ScalpArena is NOT a casino, bookmaker, sportsbook, binary options provider, or gambling service. The Platform does not offer games of chance, fixed-odds betting, or any product where outcomes are determined by random number generation. All match outcomes are determined by real-world cryptocurrency market movements and the analytical skill of the participants.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any hard-blocked jurisdiction listed in subsection (a) below.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Platform.

(a) Hard-Blocked Jurisdictions

Access to the Platform is strictly prohibited for residents of, or persons located in, the following jurisdictions. Accounts originating from these jurisdictions will be suspended and balances may be forfeited:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• Belarus
• Myanmar
• United States of America (including all territories)
• Singapore
• Australia
• China (including Hong Kong and Macau)
• Bangladesh

(b) Warning Jurisdictions

Users residing in, or accessing the Platform from, the United Kingdom or any member state of the European Union (EU-27) should be aware that the regulatory status of prediction trading platforms may be unclear or subject to restrictions in their jurisdiction. Users from these jurisdictions may proceed at their own risk after acknowledging a jurisdiction disclaimer presented during registration. ScalpArena makes no representation that its Services comply with the laws of these jurisdictions.

(c) All Other Jurisdictions

For jurisdictions not listed in subsections (a) or (b), users are solely responsible for verifying that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions. ScalpArena makes no representations regarding the legality of prediction trading or the Services in any particular jurisdiction. The absence of a jurisdiction from the restricted lists above does not constitute a representation that the Services are legal in that jurisdiction.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of balances.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

New users receive a demo account with a $1,000 virtual balance for practice purposes. Demo balances carry no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Upon making your first real deposit, your demo balance is reset to zero. Demo and real-money matches are conducted in separate queues.

You must immediately notify ScalpArena at info@scalparena.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

ScalpArena charges a service fee (rake) on each match, deducted from the total pot before payout to the winner. The base rake rate varies by stake tier:

• $0.50 – $0.99 stake: 8% rake
• $1.00 – $4.99 stake: 7% rake
• $5.00 – $24.99 stake: 6% rake
• $25.00 – $99.99 stake: 5% rake
• $100.00+ stake: 4% rake

Players with higher ranks receive rake discounts, reducing the effective rake rate. Regardless of any discounts applied, the rake will never fall below a minimum floor of 1.5% of the match pot.

In the event of a draw (including after overtime rounds), both players receive a full refund of their stake with no rake applied. Matches that end due to forfeit or failure to commit a prediction also result in a refund with no rake.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are conducted exclusively in USDT (Tether) stablecoin. The Platform supports the following blockchain networks:

• Polygon (MATIC network)
• Arbitrum (Layer 2)
• Tron (TRC-20)
• Solana (SPL)
• Ethereum (ERC-20)

The following financial limits apply:

• Minimum deposit: $5.00 USDT
• Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 USDT
• Maximum deposit: $100,000.00 USDT
• Maximum withdrawal: $50,000.00 USDT per transaction
• Withdrawals of $1,000.00 or more require administrative review and approval

Flat withdrawal fees are charged per network to cover blockchain transaction costs:

• Polygon: $1.00
• Arbitrum: $0.50
• Tron: $1.00
• Solana: $0.50
• Ethereum: $3.00

Deposits are credited to your account after the required number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network. Confirmation times vary by network and blockchain conditions. ScalpArena is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or blockchain issues.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you send funds to the correct deposit address and on the correct network. Funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by ScalpArena.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, maintaining, or using more than one account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Automated prediction: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to generate or submit predictions on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating predictions or match outcomes with other users to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate results.
• Market manipulation: Attempting to influence cryptocurrency prices for the purpose of affecting match outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to ScalpArena.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or otherwise compromise the commit-reveal mechanism or any other security feature of the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Account transfer: Selling, trading, gifting, or otherwise transferring your account or sharing access credentials with any other person.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any other tools or techniques to mask your true location, circumvent geographic restrictions, or access the Platform from a hard-blocked or restricted jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to routing traffic through intermediary servers, using residential proxy services, or employing any method designed to misrepresent your geographic location. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in the user's actual jurisdiction.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Participation in prediction trading on ScalpArena involves significant financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Risk of Loss: You may lose your entire stake in any individual match. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose. Losses can accumulate over multiple matches.
• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Short-term price movements may be influenced by factors outside any participant's ability to analyze or predict, including market manipulation by third parties, sudden news events, and liquidity shifts.
• No Guaranteed Returns: Past performance on the Platform does not indicate or guarantee future results. No strategy, skill level, or rank guarantees profitable outcomes.
• Not Investment Advice: ScalpArena does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All predictions and participation decisions are made at your own risk based on your independent analysis. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
• Counterparty Risk: PvP matches require a matched opponent. Match availability depends on other participants being active in your selected asset, timeframe, and stake tier. In the absence of a human opponent, you may be matched with a bot opponent, which will be disclosed in the match interface.
• Blockchain Risk: Deposits and withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions including congestion, delays, fee fluctuations, and potential network outages. Transactions submitted to blockchain networks are irreversible.
• Regulatory Risk: The legal and regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency and prediction trading platforms is evolving. Laws and regulations in your jurisdiction may change, which could affect your ability to use the Platform or the treatment of your funds.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ScalpArena or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ScalpArena grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools.
• Reproduce or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other server or platform.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.

No Investment Advice. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. Participation in prediction trading matches is at your own risk based on your independent analysis and carries inherent risk of financial loss.

No Guarantee of Availability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ScalpArena does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, blockchain network issues, or other factors may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScalpArena and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from match predictions or cryptocurrency market movements.
• Technical failures, errors, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party blockchain networks.
• Any other matter relating to the Services.

Risk Acknowledgment. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved in cryptocurrency prediction trading, including the risk of losing your entire deposited balance. You agree that you participate entirely at your own risk.

ScalpArena reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal or regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@scalparena.com. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed according to our standard withdrawal policy, subject to identity verification and completion of any pending matches.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with its prevailing rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ScalpArena reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

ScalpArena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
